Millstätter See

October 2nd, 2010

On the way home from my stay in Hungary I spent one night at the Millstätter See (Lake Millstadt) in Austria.

The Frauenkirche was destroyed in 1945 when Dresden was almost completely destroyed by bombs and was rebuilt between 1994 and 2005. An amazing building!

Rome…

September 4th, 2009

… the last stop on my summer vacation.

It was an awesome experience to see three so extremely different cities in just 10 days.

Together with my brother I planned this just a few weeks in advance (not the best thing to do if you need a visas for Russia…).

Our route was: Stuttgart – Berlin – Saint Petersburg (3 night stay) – Moscow (2 night stay) – Duesseldorf (1 night stay) – Rome (3 night stay) – Hamburg – Stuttgart
